Family Rave - EVERY PERSON ATTENDING NEEDS A TICKET INCLUDING BABIES SO WE CAN CAP NUMBERS What you need to know DRESS TO IMPRESS Date 19th October Where OGV Taproom and Podium Times 12.30pm to 3pm AND 3.30pm to 6pm (2 separate events) Age range - we recommend an upper age limit of around 10 but older siblings are welcome with a ticket. However we would remind everyone that we are a children’s music class for children between the age of 0-5 so please expect a lot of young ones. Ratio - max 3 children per adult or 4 adults per child. Adults must have a child in attendance on one of those ratios to attend. Price - £8.50 a ticket for both children and adults of all ages. Everyone must have a ticket so that we can keep numbers to our limit and all ages are included in that limit. Tickets will be checked by security on the door. Tickets can be bought from www.abricabeats.com Bar - the bar will be open for all to enjoy. Please drink responsibly. Food - OGV will have their food kitchen open and people will be able to order food while there DJ’s - we are waiting confirmation but they will be EPIC Noise level - our classes are high energy and noisy so expect the same from our rave. However we are aware that there will be small ears so will have an in-house sound engineer to limit the decibels in accordance with WHO guidelines. What to expect - despite us keeping the numbers well below the capacity it will still be a busy standing event. Very limited tables and chairs will be available so make sure you have your dancing shoes on. Pool tables will be free. Soft play area for wee ones. Neon balloons. Neon Face painting included. Box n Braid will be there (payable). Baby changing facilities. Our class tents and tunnels will be in the chill out area. Glow sticks and foam wands for all to enjoy. Club lighting. Neon glasses and wigs fun for kids and MUCH MUCH MORE - the ideas just keep coming so expect lots of extras 🎉 Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED *** PLEASE NOTE THAT BUGGIES MUST REMAIN IN THE BUGGY PARK AT THE ENTRANCE. CAR SEATS WELCOME IN ARENA***
